I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas. Rachel was very excited about Christmas this year and it took forever for the 25th to arrive in her opinion. At about 10:00 pm on Christmas eve I went upstairs and found her sitting upright in her bed, looking at a book. She was too excited to go to sleep yet, although she finally did somewhere around 10:45. One good thing was that she slept until about 7:00 the next morning, at least.

We don't have any plans for the New Years. We'll probably just do some projects around the house, I've been told. Somehow the Vikings didn't manage to screw up their bye week despite their best efforts so I don't even have any football that I must watch this weekend.
