What's new? Monday January 10, 2000 Ronda had an ultrasound last week and everything looked great. It's pretty neat seeing the baby move around. It's also quite impressive to watch as they point out that "this is the baby's right kidney" and "this is the cerebellum." We chose not to find out whether the baby is a girl or a boy. Rachel would prefer a girl, however. Speaking of Rachel, right now she's extremely picky about her wardrobe. She can be quite unhappy if she decides that what she's wearing isn't pretty enough. Since it turns out that she really only has three or four outfits that presently pass her "pretty test," Ronda and Rachel went to Target to pick out a couple more dresses and some tights. She will still wear some pants but they better be covered in flowers and not be made out of denim. Rachel also started up her dance class again on Saturday. Her last round of classes ended in mid-December and since she enjoyed them so much we signed her up again. During one of the last classes in her first session the parents were allowed to sit in the actual dance area and take photos (some of them are in Dancing 12/99) and that was a lot of fun. -- Gerry
