We didn't do a whole lot over the Labor Day weekend. Tropical Depression Dennis went through here and caused it to rain from Saturday night until early Monday morning. We got around 8 or 9 inches of rain from the storm. It was never windy, and the rain never really poured, but it was a steady medium rain for about 30 hours.

I put up some more pictures from our August trip this morning. I think that's about it from those rolls of film. I'll probably put some additional artwork on the site in a week or so, and I'll keep this "What's New" section updated frequently, but there won't be any new pictures for a few weeks, I suspect. If you aren't already signed up, you can be notified when new pictures are placed on the web by sending a blank e-mail to update@hintermeister.com.

I'm personally happy that football starts this weekend. I've got a draft for my fantasy football team on Saturday and will be watching the Vikings on Sunday. The Sunday Ticket package on DirecTV is a wonderful thing. Every football game on Sunday is available for me to watch. Now if I just had six televisions lined up in the living room...

I'm going to give any money I get to a charitable fund, so I'm not doing this just to get rich off of my friends and family.
